It can check your text as-you-type or via keyboard shortcut and you can also use Ginger to scan an entire Office document for errors. Unlike standard spell checkers, Ginger is not limited to misspelled words but can also find grammar mistakes. </p><p style="width: 75%; text-align: left; ">During our review, it found some grammar mistakes that the Office grammar checker missed but it also missed some (rather obvious ones) that were properly flagged by Office. Of course the Office spell and grammar checker does not work with Internet Explorer, so Ginger has a clear advantage there.</p><p style="width: 75%; text-align: left; ">We didn't like the huge GUI that takes up the entire width of your upper screen with fonts so large that it can only display a portion of the text at a time.
