The search results in Google (and other search engines) have a tracking code embedded that allows the search engine to keep track of how you use their search results or links. </p><p style="width: 75%; text-align: left; ">Google Privacy can detect most of these tracking links and either replace them with the direct link to the site or offer a "private" link alternative.
