In HQ mode, Shotty can capture a selected window with full alpha transparency and save it as 24-bit PNG file, which allows you to merge the image with any other background while maintaining the Aero Glass effect.</p><p style="width: 75%; text-align: left; ">Shotty can capture the entire desktop, a selected region or a specific window. The program includes a small image editor that lets you crop or resize the capture and also offers several annotation options.
